
How to Make Klepon
Preapare some Ingredients ; 1 cup glutinous rice flour, 1/3 cup lukewarm water, 1/2 tsp pandan paste, 50g (coconut palm sugar), 1 tbsp white sugar / brown sugar, 1/2 cup dessicated / shredded coconut, pinch of salt.
Steps
1. Bind the gloutinous rice flour with warm water into smooth dough.
2. Add a little of pandan paste in the dough.
3. Chop palm sugar add a little of white sugar and put aside.
4. Pinch small dough and fill it with the chopped palm sugar and make the dough into a small ball.
5. Boil some water.
6. Put the balls into the boiling water , let it the balls in the boiling pan until the dough is well done.
7. Take out the dough from the boiling pan after about 2 or 3 minutes.
8. Prepare shredded coconut.
9. Put the balls in the shredded coconut and roll them.
10. Now, Klepon is ready.
