• 3 basil leaves, leaves only

• 4 pieces of red chili sauce
• 3 cloves garlic
• 4 lime leaves
• 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 red chilies
• 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
• 1 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
• 2 cm Greater Galingal
How to make trancam
1. Mix the seasoning that has been in the ground along with the grated coconut and steamed , stir until it is completely blended. You can also roast ( fry without oil) the grated coconut if you like
2. Mix all the ingredients of vegetables , then mix with grated coconut that has been marinated , stir well and serve immediately .
